The Old Man and His Sons

An old farmer has four sons.

One day, he calls them before a table, there is a bundle of chopsticks and a bag of money on it. He says: “

Whichever of you breaks this bundle of chopsticks, I will give this.”

The four sons take turns to try, but none of them could break it.

The old man unties the bundle and breaks stick by stick easily.

His children say: “ It is easy to do it singly.”

The father says: “ My sons, now you have known: “ Union makes strength” (if you want to have strength, you must unite).

After my death, you should remember this story. You should love and help one another to be strong to compete with others.
